Current gas prices in So California
Crazy gas prices…I need to ride my bike more often.
Back in December I posted how this gas station was selling regular gas for $3.29/gallon, today just over 3 months time, it’s $4.05/gallon. That’s an increase of 23% or .76 cents per gallon. At this same rate, they’ll be selling regular unleaded at over $5.00/gallon by the end of the summer. Crazy.
I don’t know about you, but these gas prices are really worrying me. I don’t mind companies making a profit, but when I hear just how much these oil companies make each quarter in profits, it makes me mad. Other than drive less or buy an electric car, there’s not much we can all do and that is sad.
Perhaps this is why I’m always looking for deals, especially here in the OC, where I live. Oh well, enough of this rant. Hope everyone is having a great Monday! Tomorrow I have a special post, by our guest photog JC.
